After the rape, the teenager is scared not to say the ‘word of rape’ to anyone. the rapist is none other than her own aunt’s husband. The little girl did not tell anyone for fear. Khalu’s (aunt’s husband) rape is no longer suppressed in the ultrasonogram report. When the girl’s father filed a case as a plaintiff, the Gafargaon police arrested him and sent him to the custody of the court.

The name of the accused is Abdul Matin Bhuiyan (50). The incident of rape at the hands of her aunt’s husband took place in Outbaria village of Gafargaon Upazila of Mymensingh district. He was sent to jail by the court on Monday (December 7) at noon.
The arrested Abdul Matin is a resident of Kushtia (Senbari) village in Trishal Upazila of Mymensingh. He lived at his father-in-law’s house in Baria village.
Earlier on Monday morning, the girl’s father filed a case against Abdul Matin Bhuiyan at Gafargaon police station. Accused Matin Bhuiyan has been arrested based on that case.
Gafargaon police said rapist Abdul Matin Bhuiyan lived at his wife‘s house. Due to kinship, he used to go to his wife’s sister-in-law’s house (Survivor’s house). He went to the girl’s house at the end of October. Matin Bhuiyan raped her when no one was at home that day. He threatened not to tell anyone about the incident. The teenage girl did not say anything to anyone for fear.
During the preliminary interrogation, the accused confessed to the rape
Last Sunday (December 6) the teenager unexpectedly fell ill. Later, his family members took her to the doctor. The doctor confirmed that the girl was one month and 18 days pregnant after doing an ultrasonogram there. The surviving teenager later reported the rape matter to her family members.
Gafargaon Police Station OC Anukul Sarkar said Abdul Matin was arrested and sent to jail through a court after a case was filed in the incident.
During the preliminary interrogation, the accused confessed to the rape. The survivor will be sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital for a forensic examination next Tuesday (December 8), the OC said.
